We are an Academy with classes across south and west london,

Our focus is on the practical, useful aspects of martial arts.

So if you are an experienced martial artist looking to expand your knowledge, or a beginner who wants get in shape and learn how to defend yourself in a friendly, safe and controlled environment from instructors with years of real experience we have something for you.

Along side physical training we also include yoga and meditation techniques to promote fully rounded personal development.

Because we believe in passing on our knowledge and experience to people who truly wish to learn we don't have membership fee's, we wont push you to buy equipment from us and we will never force you sign into binding contracts.
